What you'll do

Act as a subject matter expert for the Document Control process area.
Manage the creation and lifecycle of quality processes and records.
Provide quality oversight on regulated activities, including validation testing and product releases.
Interpret federal regulations and provide direction regarding quality system requirements.
Develop metrics to track the effectiveness and productivity of domain systems.
Ensure all processes are defined, monitored, assessed, and maintained across multiple product lines.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Science, Information Management, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a regulated quality role within the Life Sciences industry.
Experience with Quality Management Systems including documentation, record management, training, change control, and CAPA.
Experience with electronic Document Management Systems (eDMS) and/or electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS).
Understanding of GxP regulations and quality management systems such as 21CFR 11, ICH Q10, QSR, or ISO9001.
Excellent process mapping, problem-solving, and communication skills for conveying technical and regulatory concepts.
Experience with Veeva Quality Cloud solutions (preferred).
Knowledge of quality standards for software development such as ISO, IEC, IEEE, ITIL, ICH, SDLC, and CSV (preferred).
