What you'll do

Design and maintain a comprehensive quality management framework including plans, standards, and templates for all task orders.
Define and document core processes for requirements, design, coding, testing, release, and configuration management.
Perform regular audits and compliance checks to ensure teams follow established software development lifecycle practices.
Analyze quality metrics such as defect density and test coverage to identify trends and report findings to stakeholders.
Lead root cause analysis for significant failures and implement corrective/preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
Integrate automated quality gates, static code analysis, and security scans into CI/CD pipelines.
Conduct independent reviews of high-risk deliverables and perform release readiness assessments before deployment.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding quality metrics and mission assurance.

What we're looking for

Must possess a Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Must be a United States citizen.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
10+ years of progressive software engineering and quality assurance experience are required.
5+ years of experience leading teams and implementing strategic initiatives are required.
Experience architecting and executing large-scale manual-to-automation transformations is required.
Expertise in modern automation tooling, CI/CD pipeline integration, and testing multi-tier architectures is required.
