Python Software Developer

What you'll do

• Develop robust ETL tools and automation scripts using Python for backend systems.
• Build scalable full-stack solutions that meet specific business requirements and user expectations.
• Implement infrastructure as code to ensure consistent environments across development, testing, and production.
• Create and manage automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools.
• Design and optimize databases while utilizing ORM for efficient data management.
• Develop backend services using Django and the Django RESTful Framework.
• Implement full-stack automated testing strategies to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Manage project tasks and issue tracking through Jira to meet strict deadlines.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of professional experience in python development.
• Proficiency in Python, Django, and Django RESTful Framework for backend development.
• Extensive experience with CI/CD automation using GitHub Actions or similar tools.
• Experience with database design, optimization, ORM usage, and version control workflows using Git and GitHub.
• Experience with automated testing strategies, Jira project management, and security best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
• Experience with UNIX, Rocky, Redhat, monitoring tools, and testing frameworks like Jest or Pytest (preferred).
• RF Engineering experience and familiarity with Google Map API or OpenStreetMap (preferred).
