Project Engineer - Mechanical Engineering

What you'll do

• Develop evaluation methods to assess process strengths and identify areas for improvement.
• Work cross-functionally to develop problem statements and align requirements with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation and develop new processes as needed.
• Present project plans to senior management, gain buy-in, and deliver results effectively.
• Manage cross-functional teams with diverse talents and responsibilities across multiple locations.
• Resolve escalations and assist in the development of team skills and capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement in all elements of the engineering development lifecycle.

What we're looking for

• - At least 5 years of related project management experience in engineering.
• - Proficiency in CAD software (Siemens NX or PTC Creo) for modeling and documentation.
• - Experience in data analysis, visualization tools, and Microsoft Office.
• - Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• - Process knowledge in PLM and ERP systems.
• - Ability to develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation.
