As a Mechanical Engineer 4 in the WETS Product Group’s Process Critical Mechanical Engineering team, you will focus on enhancing plating cell hardware for wet plating process equipment used in Sabre and Sabre 3D products. Your role involves translating subsystem requirements into detailed mechanical designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness, and independently solving complex engineering challenges. You must have a strong background in mechanical design, proficiency in 3D CAD tools like Creo or NX, and experience in electroplating and semiconductor industry standards. Additionally, you should possess skills in metal machining, plastics processing, and computational modeling for structural mechanics and fluid dynamics to support innovative hardware solutions that meet stringent performance and reliability criteria.
