What you'll do
Develop evaluation methods to assess process strengths and identify areas for improvement.

What we're looking for
- 8+ years of experience in design engineering, preferably in semiconductor equipment.
- Proficiency in MCAD tools like Siemens NX or PTC Creo for part modeling and TDP creation.
- Experience with ECAD tools such as Zuken E3 is a plus.
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel; familiarity with QuickBase, Power BI, etc. beneficial.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams globally.
- Leadership experience and strong influencing, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Process knowledge in PLM and ERP systems required.
