Project Engineer II, SRM Development

What you'll do

• Perform engineering design evaluations while maintaining project budget and schedule constraints.
• Review production, malfunction, and maintenance reports to identify and resolve technical problems.
• Develop and communicate operational plans for project completion while monitoring progress against goals.
• Prepare detailed engineering designs and work specifications.
• Create project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Select necessary materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors.
• Ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance by reviewing industry policies and procedures.
• Provide technical support throughout the engineering process.

What we're looking for

• An Associate's Degree is required for this position.
• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Candidates must have an Engineering degree.
• Candidates must have 2-4 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
• Oral and written communication skills are preferred.
• Analytical thinking, design review, and project engineering skills are preferred.
• Experience with resource planning, technical project management, CAE software, and project management software is preferred.
