As an EVM Cost Engineer at GDIT, you will join a dynamic team responsible for managing the program master schedule of a large and complex project. Additionally, you will support program proposal and pricing initiatives and maintain a culture aligned with GDIT’s values of honesty, trust, transparency, and alignment. This role requires strong expertise in Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and proficiency in project management tools.

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain the program's Performance Management Baseline using EVMS tools.
  • Import resource-loaded IMS to baseline changes, performance measurement, and forecast data.
  • Validate Estimates to Complete and conduct financial analysis and reporting for program performance.
  • Collaborate with schedulers and risk management team to manage risks and reserves actively.
  • Facilitate integration of all functional support into program meetings and processes.
  • Develop customer and company briefings including program management reviews and monthly management reviews.
