What you'll do

Develop and maintain resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for Tier One programs.
Perform schedule analysis including critical path, risk assessment, logic, and health checks.
Support Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) through variance analysis and status reporting.
Integrate schedule inputs from engineering, finance, manufacturing, and quality departments.
Identify logic conflicts and performance variances to support schedule recovery efforts.
Coordinate subcontractor and supplier schedules to ensure project alignment.
Create reports and presentations to communicate risks and milestones to senior leadership.
Improve internal planning processes, tools, and reporting methods for better visibility.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience, a Graduate degree and 4 years of experience, or 10 years of experience without a degree.
Ability to obtain a security clearance (preferred).
Knowledge of supporting DoD programs in a FAR and DFARS environment (preferred).
Experience creating and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for projects or programs (preferred).
Proficiency with Microsoft Project (preferred).
Working knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) (preferred).
Experience with Structured Solutions Incorporated (SSI) tools (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
