What you'll do

Lead and develop a team of planning and scheduling employees through coaching and training.
Develop and maintain Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) based on program requirements.
Perform complex schedule analyses including critical path, risk analysis, network logic validation, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
Integrate schedules across cross-functional areas such as finance, engineering, manufacturing, and quality.
Identify and resolve schedule conflicts, variances, and root causes affecting program execution.
Support enterprise-wide resource management by evaluating organizational needs through integrated schedule analysis.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures, project control guidelines, and EVMS standards.
Drive improvements to planning tools, systems, and standard processes to enhance operational performance.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience, a graduate degree with 7 years, or no degree with 13 years of related experience.
Ability to obtain U.S. Government clearance.
Expertise in Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and project management tools like MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in critical path analysis, schedule risk analysis, network logic validation, and metrics such as BEI, CPLI, and SPI.
Knowledge of PASEG, EIA-748-D, IPPD, and IPMR standards.
Active TS/SCI clearance (preferred).
1-3 years of leadership and management experience (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
