Lead, Program Scheduler The Lead, Program Scheduler joins the Catalyst Program team to manage complex development and production programs within a defense technology context. What you'll do

Develop and maintain complex resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Microsoft Project Server.
Perform critical path analysis to identify risks and advise management on milestone achievement performance.
Integrate subcontractor schedules into the primary project schedule while ensuring data alignment.
Manage Earned Value Management System (EVMS) reporting in accordance with DFARS requirements.
Conduct Monte Carlo Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA) for key programs as part of standard work.
Analyze schedule performance to identify variances and develop corrective actions for planning processes.
Prepare and disseminate periodic project status reports based on data from cross-functional teams.
Brief executive leadership on all schedule matters, trends, and metrics analysis.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 9 years of experience, a graduate degree and 7 years of experience, or no degree and 13 years of experience.
7 years of EVMS experience.
Significant experience with MS Project and/or MS Project Server (preferred).
Experience in engineering, operations, manufacturing, or the aerospace and defense industry (preferred).
Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills (preferred).
Knowledge of engineering processes, risk management concepts, and DoD EVMS Guidelines (preferred).
Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing (preferred).
Must be a U.S. citizen to obtain a security clearance.
