What you'll do

Develop, execute, and analyze structured tasks for testers to produce actionable product findings.
Build and maintain communication plans and templates to guide testers through the entire program journey.
Provide first-line support via Slack and email to resolve app distribution, provisioning, and login issues.
Initiate AI-led triage and bug reporting for hardware and software issues encountered by testers.
Capture and synthesize tester feedback to drive continuous improvements in homework and support processes.
Define and track metrics for homework completion, tester retention, and support resolution times.
Coordinate with engineering, user research, and field operations to ensure a smooth tester experience.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum.
3+ years of program or project management experience.
3+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
3+ years of experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership (preferred).
3+ years of experience driving process improvements (preferred).
Export control laws and regulations, candidates.
