What you'll do

Implement AI across project management, data analysis, quality control, and solution design processes.

What we're looking for

4+ years of relevant experience in program management, financial analysis, data analysis, business systems, or process automation.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of financial and workforce-planning processes (preferred).
Ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into clear business recommendations.
Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency.
Experience with SQL, Python, Databricks, Anaplan, Tableau, or Power BI (preferred).
Experience taking ambiguous business problems from analysis through proof of concept and scalable solution design.
Experience with AI, machine learning, forecasting, or intelligent automation is valued.
