What you'll do

Identify, quantify, and mitigate program risks while managing opportunities for cost and schedule adjustments.
Manage cross-functional teams in a matrix organization from product design through final release.
Maximize profit and cash flow while ensuring all technical requirements and customer specifications are met.
Prepare and present program status reports to internal leadership and external customers.
Integrate AI tools and emerging technologies to optimize program planning, risk management, and reporting.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
A Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree and 6 years of relevant experience are required.
Strong knowledge of government contracting practices and regulations regarding acquisition is required.
Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AI tools like GAIAA or ChatGPT is required.
Advanced data analysis skills using Power BI are required.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira is required.
Ability to lead teams in a matrix organization and manage complex program risks and budgets is required.
