Program Manager, Compute Governance Operations

What you'll do

• Manage the rollout of hub-and-spoke support models and transition manual processes into scalable systems.
• Program manage GenAI policies and enforce them using sophisticated web-tooling.
• Oversee 1P vs 3P monthly forecast submissions and drive related process optimization initiatives.
• Maintain and update technical roadmaps for Compute Efficiency and Intelligent Automation for leadership reviews.
• Manage the execution of the Governance Platform's feature roadmap and day-to-day operating model.
• Coordinate executive review cadences, including preparing content and delivery for monthly and quarterly reports.
• Optimize machine learning compute efficiency across GPUs, TPUs, and custom Apple Silicon hardware.
• Oversee policy enforcement regarding GenAI access and related token consumption.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of relevant work experience managing SW, ML, or compute capacity programs.
• Demonstrated experience scaling operational structure such as support tiers and escalation processes for growing teams.
• Experience co-driving feature delivery with engineering leads by translating system designs into shippable roadmaps.
• Proven track record owning recurring executive review cadences including content preparation and delivery.
• Ability to operate with high ambiguity and complexity in a ground-up program.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating across diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with cloud/ML compute infrastructure (GPUs, TPUs), experience with FinOps, or an MBA (preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree.
