Program Manager, Compliance Platform Strategy

What you'll do

• Oversee a group of projects to modernize and digitize technology solutions for Compliance stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, success measures, and maintain a prioritized backlog of deliverables.
• Translate complex business needs into actionable workstreams and technical requirements for solution design.
• Define program vision, long-term roadmaps, and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) specifications.
• Identify risks, manage issues, and develop contingency plans to ensure project continuity.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end programs while managing competing priorities.
• Develop and execute test plans, including defining acceptance criteria and estimating required resources.
• Communicate program status and data-driven insights to leadership to support business decision-making.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or information systems.
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills with executive presence.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence without authority, and drive alignment across diverse teams.
• Proficiency in planning and execution frameworks including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Experience translating business needs into actionable workstreams and technical requirements.
• Skills in risk identification, issue management, and contingency planning.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
