TL;DR · Platform Program Manager, AMP Partner Operations

Platform Program Manager, AMP Partner Operations joins the Partner Operations team to lead platform capability expansion across various service partnerships. This role bridges business strategy and technical integration by guiding global partners, including telecommunications carriers, SVOD providers, and retail integrators, through the onboarding lifecycle. You will manage the end-to-end operational lifecycle for new features, oversee production verification and testing strategies, and resolve complex technical blockers like deep-link localization or tax ID formatting issues. Key responsibilities include defining migration flows between partner-billed and direct models, automating manual processes, and standardizing global governance. The role requires expertise in subscription lifecycle mechanics, recurring billing, and API-driven integrations. You will utilize tools such as AI to improve scalability while coordinating across Engineering, Product, Legal, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless adoption of commerce and linking architectures within the platform.

What you'll do

  • Manage the end-to-end operational lifecycle for new platform features and major partner launches.
  • Lead the rollout and adoption of new billing features, including subscription bundling and multi-country configurations.
  • Define migration and sunset flows for transitioning subscribers between partner-billed and Apple-direct models.
  • Develop and execute production verification and testing (PVT) plans in coordination with QA and marketing teams.
  • Triage and resolve technical blockers such as deep-link issues, tax formatting, and account unlinking errors.
  • Manage the roadmap for platform enhancements by prioritizing partner requests against engineering capacity.
  • Standardize global onboarding tools and best practices to ensure consistent integration across all regions.
  • Identify manual processes within the onboarding lifecycle and transition them into automated, scalable tools.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of technical program or operations management experience driving complex, partner-facing integrations and back-end platform capabilities.
  • Deep familiarity with subscription lifecycle mechanics, recurring billing, and API-driven partner integrations.
  • Proven track record in end-to-end partner onboarding, defining intake processes, and coordinating production verification testing (PVT/UAT).
  • Strong cross-functional orchestration skills to lead workstreams across Engineering, Product, Business Development, Legal, and Regional Operations teams.
  • Analytical problem-solving aptitude for troubleshooting back-end event triggers and data-flow discrepancies in multi-party ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication skills to present technical concepts to executives and author partner-facing integration guides.
  • BA/BS degree required; technical, engineering, or business operations background preferred.
  • Experience in telecommunications carrier billing, digital streaming services (OTT/SVOD), or digital commerce platforms is strongly preferred.
