Program Manager, AI and Developer Community Content and Events

What you'll do

• Identify and secure opportunities for AI and developer-focused meetups, hands-on learning, and sponsored events.
• Plan technical programming for events hosted or sponsored by Datadog.
• Support AI and developer-focused content for large global events like the DASH conference.
• Track deadlines and deliverables for digital and physical assets while managing vendor and procurement relationships.
• Manage the onsite speaker experience for both internal and customer speakers.
• Coordinate onsite event operations, including rehearsals, staffing, and real-time programming.
• Maintain internal tools and the public website for event agendas and speaker content.
• Create and refine processes to improve automation and scalability for the event program.

What we're looking for

• You have approximately 2-5 years of experience in program management leading large-scale conferences in a B2B SaaS technical environment.
• You have experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• You have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and enjoy building processes.
• You take a data-driven approach to program management, including building workflows, intake processes, and estimation models.
• You have experience influencing without direct authority at senior levels both internally and externally.
• You are able to travel via train or air, domestically and internationally, up to 20% of the time.
