What you'll do

  • Lead cross-functional Integrated Program Teams to meet cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives.
  • Manage the transition from qualification completion into Low-rate Initial Production (LRIP) and full rate production.
  • Develop and manage program baselines using Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar cost and schedule control tools.
  • Cultivate customer relationships to develop new opportunities within the customer community.
  • Negotiate contracts, contract changes, specifications, operating budgets, and key terms and conditions.
  • Perform risk and opportunity management by identifying, mitigating, and realizing potential impacts.
  • Manage supplier performance and oversee customer-supplied property or information.
  • Deliver technical presentations to customers, executive management, and other program stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience supporting customers in a project or technical lead role.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience in risk and opportunity management.
  • Experience in design for manufacturing and transition to production programs.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills tailored to various audiences.
  • Proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar cost and schedule control methodologies.
