What you'll do

Lead cross-functional Integrated Program Teams to meet cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives.
Manage the transition from qualification into Low-rate Initial Production and full rate production.
Develop and adhere to budget baselines using Earned Value Management or similar cost control tools.
Identify, distribute, track, and complete all program requirements and manage the Statement of Work.
Conduct thorough risk and opportunity management practices including identification, mitigation, and realization.
Negotiate contracts, specifications, operating budgets, schedule milestones, and key terms and conditions.
Manage suppliers and customer-supplied property to ensure program objectives are met.
Deliver performance presentations to customers, executive management, and other key stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Must have 8 years of experience supporting customers in a project or technical lead role.
Must have at least 5 years of experience in program management.
Must have experience in risk and opportunity management.
Must have experience in design for manufacturing and transition to production programs.
Must have proven analytical, technical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
Must have strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
US Citizenship is required.
Familiarity with Space Deployable Solar Arrays (preferred).
Experience in both Engineering and Project Management, or IPT roles (preferred).
Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering experience (preferred).
Proposal Management and/or Business Development experience (preferred).
Cost Account Manager experience (preferred).
Earned Value Measurement System (EVMS) experience (preferred).
