What you'll do

  • Manage the full program lifecycle from proposal through contract closeout for international tank training programs.
  • Own delivery of all contractual, cost, schedule, and technical requirements for Large Caliber Ammunition projects.
  • Define proposal strategy and lead teams in analyzing RFPs to produce winning proposals.
  • Resolve disputes and negotiate with positive outcomes while maintaining good relationships within the organization.
  • Address program uncertainty by identifying risks and opportunities and managing them throughout the lifecycle.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience or Master’s degree and 6 years of experience in project management.
  • 8 years of experience leading tasks on schedule, at cost, and achieving all requirements as a project lead.
  • 6 years of demonstrated success in leading teams to achieve common goals.
  • Ability to manage projects to specified milestones and established schedules effectively.
  • Experience capturing and managing DCS and FMS international programs preferred.
  • Active DoD security clearance required; U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
  • PMP® certification preferred for technical strategy definition and business capture.
