Manage multiple production and product development programs across various ammunition types.
Ensure profitable and on-time execution of programs through cost, schedule, and technical performance management.
Lead proposal teams and define strategies to capture future domestic and international programs.
Coordinate with partners and program teams to manage contract negotiations and changes.
Direct the work of employees from technical, manufacturing, and administrative areas to meet financial objectives.
Identify and execute plans to address program risks and opportunities throughout the lifecycle.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree with 8 years or Master’s degree with 6 years of experience in project management for U.S. programs.
Proven leadership in managing teams and achieving common goals for at least 6 years.
Experience leading complex new product development and transition to production programs.
Ability to manage program cost, schedule, and technical performance effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with segment leadership daily.
Capability to define proposal strategy, lead proposal teams, and produce winning proposals.
US citizenship and eligibility for obtaining a Secret security clearance.
