- Direct external customer interface experience, including leading formal program reviews and contract deliverable discussions.
- Financial management responsibility for program budgets, including budget development, control, and risk-adjusted financial planning.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams with accountability for milestone achievement in engineering, operations, supply chain, manufacturing.
- Current/active DOD Top Secret clearance and SAP access required.
