Manage program profit and loss (P&L) and report through management chain.
Develop new business opportunities through strategic planning and proposal development.
Lead cross-functional Integrated Program Teams (IPTs) to meet cost, schedule, and technical objectives.
Measure and report program performance to stakeholders.
Conduct thorough risk and opportunity management practices.
Manage suppliers to ensure they meet program objectives.

What we're looking for

At least 12 years of experience in aviation manufacturing/product support/repair or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 5 years as Program Manager (PM) or Deputy PM with P&L responsibility.
Proficiency using program management tools like Risk & Opportunities, Alpha contracting, etc.
Experience presenting complex technical programs to senior management and customers.
Ability to comprehend and solve complex problems and adjust tasks for project success.
Knowledge of executing proposals and contracts under Firm Fixed Price (FFP) conditions.
Must be able to obtain/maintain a Secret Clearance.
