What you'll do
Develop and support new business opportunities through strategic planning and proposal development.
Direct cross-functional Integrated Program Teams (IPT) to meet cost, schedule, and technical objectives.
Establish and manage program performance metrics and reporting systems.
Negotiate contracts, changes, budgets, milestones, and key terms with stakeholders.
Manage program resources, including workforce planning and budget adherence using EVM.
What we're looking for
At least 8 years of experience leading tasks on schedule, at cost, and achieving all requirements as a project lead or similar role.
Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 6 years of experience supporting U.S. programs.
Proven ability to manage teams and organizations to achieve common goals for at least 6 years.
Strong interpersonal skills and the capability to resolve disputes while maintaining positive relationships within the organization.
Experience in developing, evaluating, and managing program requirements, budgets, and schedules using EVM or similar methodologies.
Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations to customers, executive management, and other stakeholders.
Must be a U.S. citizen capable of obtaining a DoD security clearance.
