What you'll do
Lead cross-functional teams to meet program cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives.
Develop new business opportunities through strategic planning and proposal development.
Establish and manage program baselines using Earned Value Management or similar methodologies.
Identify and allocate resources, including workforce planning, to achieve program goals.
Measure and report program performance to stakeholders and executive management.
Manage supplier relationships to ensure alignment with program objectives.
Ensure adherence to contract scope and manage changes through control board activities.
What we're looking for
