What you'll do

Manage and mentor a team of 8 operations associates, including workload distribution and performance evaluations.
Lead client disaster recovery projects from initial planning through implementation, validation, and ongoing operational support.
Provision and maintain Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) resources, including compute instances and network configurations.
Coordinate infrastructure and cloud environment support for Oracle Health applications like Cerner Millennium and CareAware.
Oversee concurrent operational initiatives such as cloud migrations, infrastructure modernization, and client upgrades.
Facilitate weekly client meetings to report on environment health, project progress, and risk assessments.
Develop and improve Jira workflows, project templates, and standardized operational procedures to increase team productivity.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot infrastructure issues and ensure the reliability of mission-critical healthcare systems.

What we're looking for

6 to 10+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, cloud services, or a related operational leadership role.
Demonstrated experience leading, supervising, or mentoring operations professionals.
Experience working with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or a comparable enterprise cloud platform.
Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts, networking fundamentals, and disaster recovery processes.
Experience using Jira or similar platforms for project tracking, support ticket management, and workload assignment.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent infrastructure and operational initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to lead client-facing meetings.
Experience supporting Cerner Millennium EHR environments is strongly preferred (preferred).
