You will collaborate with Supply Chain and Accounting teams while navigating data challenges within Oracle, Anaplan, and Foundry tools. The role requires expertise in manufacturing or defense program lifecycles, specifically regarding BOM-based costing and procurement reconciliation for complex hardware systems in a high-growth environment.

What you'll do

Own program-level cost forecasting and estimate at completion (EAC) development for hardware products transitioning to production.
Build and maintain bottoms-up cost models covering material, labor, overhead, and subcontract elements.
Track actual costs against baselines and perform root-cause analysis on variances with supply chain teams.
Deliver monthly financial reports and present performance narratives to program management and leadership.
Reconcile procurement activity, inventory movements, and cost postings in coordination with Supply Chain and Accounting.
Improve forecasting workflows and data integrity within ERP and planning tools like Oracle and Anaplan.
Support pricing activities and the development of proposal cost volumes.
Model long-range planning and production rate ramp financials for the portfolio.

What we're looking for

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in FP&A, program finance, or cost analysis.
Experience building or managing cost models for physical products like BOM-based costing or production cost build-ups.
Strong understanding of how material, labor, and indirect costs flow through manufacturing or defense programs.
Ability to operate independently and communicate financial narratives to non-finance stakeholders.
Proficiency with financial systems and data tools, preferably including Oracle.
Preferred experience in the DoD industry, government contract cost accounting (FAR/CAS), or supply chain finance.
