What you'll do

Perform in-depth financial requirements analysis, including drafting allocations and prioritizing tasks.
Develop funding trackers to analyze execution, expenditures, and expiring funds.
Review performer spend plans and engage with performers on funding status throughout the year.
Track contract obligation status, funding profiles, and specific funding requirements.
Develop planning models to analyze program health and formulate options to fulfill project requirements.
Match procurement profiles with associated funding plans using critical thinking.
Execute funding and data calls, such as execution reviews and funding deep dives.
Prepare briefing materials and provide meeting support, including agenda coordination and action tracking.

What we're looking for

2+ years of experience with Power BI or Tableau.
2+ years of experience with programming languages such as SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
1+ years of experience with data engineering in Databricks or Spark.
Experience with acquisition, program management, and financial analysis for DoW clients such as NAVSEA or NAVWAR.
Experience using Microsoft Office 365 Suite applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, or SharePoint.
Knowledge of Navy systems including COBRA, ERP, EDW, NEPS, or EVMCR.
Bachelor's degree.
