What you'll do

Perform in-depth financial requirements analysis including draft allocations, task prioritization, and funding impact assessments.
Develop funding trackers to analyze execution, expenditures, and expiring funds.
Review performer spend plans and engage with performers regarding funding status throughout the year.
Track contract obligation status, funding profiles, and specific funding requirements.
Match procurement profiles with associated funding plans using critical thinking and data analysis.
Create planning models to analyze program health and formulate options to meet project requirements.
Prepare briefing materials and provide meeting support including agenda coordination and action item tracking.

What we're looking for

2+ years of experience with Power BI or Tableau.
2+ years of experience with programming languages such as SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
1+ years of experience with data engineering in Databricks or Spark.
Experience with acquisition, program management, and financial analysis including task planning, allocations, or funding execution with DoW clients.
Knowledge of Navy systems including COBRA, ERP, EDW, NEPS, or EVMCR.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, or SharePoint.
Experience with Power Platform, building/maintaining data pipelines, Pandas library, and stakeholder engagement (preferred).
Bachelor's degree.
