Program Director, Learning & Enablement

What you'll do

• Architect and scale enterprise learning strategies to advance software engineering excellence and AI fluency across the firm.
• Establish standards and frameworks for modular, source-controlled learning experiences focused on cognitive skills for AI tool adoption.
• Integrate technical content into firmwide programs including conferences, workshops, and early career education.
• Lead and grow peer-to-peer learning communities to accelerate the adoption of modern engineering practices at scale.
• Define measurement standards that link learning investments to engineering telemetry, productivity outcomes, and organizational growth.
• Establish governance frameworks to ensure responsible AI adoption while maintaining firm risk, security, and compliance standards.
• Manage platform and vendor governance for all learning applications and tools within the scope of the role.

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated experience designing and scaling learning, engineering enablement, or developer experience initiatives for large technical populations.
• Strong understanding of modern software engineering patterns and practices across the product and software development lifecycle.
• Ability to model and advocate AI-enabled ways of working using modern developer tooling and data-driven practices.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI coding assistants and code-generation tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude.
• Experience building data-driven measurement frameworks that connect learning activity to behavioral or performance outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing executive-level strategy documents and presentations.
• Working proficiency in Python for data analysis.
• Familiarity with agentic/AI-native developer tooling, product strategy frameworks (preferred), and vendor governance (preferred).
