What you'll do

Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the delivery life-cycle of large-scale products and platforms.
Lead and develop a team of Technical Program Managers while building the TPM practice foundation.
Simplify complex technical concepts to drive well-educated decisions across engineering, product, and data science teams.
Own the business and technical vision for large, complex programs to deliver measurable business impact.
Secure commitments on deliverables and unblock cross-functional teams to ensure project follow-through.
Design and build data-intensive solutions using distributed computing and cloud architecture.
Manage technical programs within highly regulated environments to ensure compliance and security.

What we're looking for

At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs.
Strong technical background in building scalable platforms, products, or services to identify and mitigate technical risks.
Experience as a TPM leader to grow and develop a team of TPMs and build the TPM practice.
7+ years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing (preferred).
3+ years of experience building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing services or architecture (preferred).
3+ years of experience building highly scalable mobile products and platforms (preferred).
3+ years of experience with Agile delivery (preferred).
Bachelor's degree.
