As a Professional Services Engineer, you will join the dedicated team to serve as a consultant for end users throughout the duration of their agreements. What you'll do

Assist client staff with daily operations and support of Fortinet products.
Develop methods of procedure for migrations, upgrades, and updates.
Create test plans to evaluate new features and software releases.
Verify configurations and implement industry best practices.
Perform interoperability evaluations of devices interacting with Fortinet products.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to client staff members.
Resolve or escalate technical issues in a timely fashion.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related work experience.
7+ years of experience in LAN/WAN/Internet consulting, support, and/or administration.
5+ years of experience with Network Security Products.
2+ years of experience with Fortinet products.
Solid understanding of security and networking principles including switching, routing, load balancing, WiFi, firewalls, IPS, VPN, and web filtering.
Excellent troubleshooting, oral communication, and presentation skills.
Experience working as a Professional Services Consultant or Engineer (preferred).
