  • Identify automation, data, and analytics opportunities across the trade lifecycle through product discovery sessions.
  • Lead prioritization of competing demands, balancing immediate trading needs with long-term platform investments.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of product management experience in trading, capital markets, or alternative investments.
  • Deep understanding of trade lifecycle and OMS/EMS workflows across asset classes.
  • Proven track record of shipping institutional-grade investment/trading technology with engineering teams.
  • Strong analytical skills including SQL and modern data tools proficiency.
  • Experience working within a financial services firm's technology team for alternative assets.
  • Proficiency in modern software development lifecycle, agile delivery, and CI/CD practices.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across business and technical teams.
