What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience working closely with engineering teams to translate business requirements into implementable technical specifications.
Strong working knowledge of programming and data manipulation (e.g., Python, SQL APIs, data pipelines, or backend logic preferred).
Experience designing or contributing to code-based solutions beyond configuration-driven tools.
Familiarity with software development concepts including version control, testing, modular design, and deployment practices.
Experience with modern data/BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Sigma with an understanding of underlying data structures.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
