As a Product Owner - Unstructured Data & AI, you will join the Consumer & Community Banking Data & Analytics Unstructured Data Products team to unlock value from documents, conversations, images, audio, and video for analytics and AI. You will define the strategy, vision, roadmap, and priorities for unstructured data products while building partnerships across business, product, data, technology, risk, and control teams. Your daily work involves translating ambiguous business challenges into clear product concepts, developing executive narratives, and leading multidisciplinary teams to build scalable capabilities for publishing and consuming AI-ready data. You must possess technical fluency in unstructured data pipelines, metadata, taxonomy, search, retrieval, chunking, indexing, and evaluation. The role focuses on transforming multimodal data into governed, reusable enterprise assets to solve complex business problems within the financial services domain.
Define the strategy, vision, roadmap, and priorities for unstructured data products across CCB.
Identify high-value opportunities with business leaders to create governed, reusable data products.
Translate ambiguous business challenges into clear product concepts and actionable plans through consultative discovery.
Develop executive narratives and business cases to secure stakeholder support and establish urgency.
Guide multidisciplinary teams in building scalable capabilities for publishing and consuming AI-ready unstructured data.
Lead lighthouse products and pilots while measuring adoption and business value to accelerate reuse.
Ensure all products and operating models comply with governance, privacy, risk, and control requirements.
What we're looking for
7+ years of experience in product management, strategy, consulting, data, technology transformation, data science, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous, complex problems into clear strategies, actionable roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
Strong strategic thinking and product leadership skills including opportunity discovery, prioritization, experimentation, delivery, adoption, and value measurement.
Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills to simplify complex topics for technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to build trusted relationships, influence without authority, and align senior stakeholders across business, data, technology, risk, and control organizations.
Technical fluency in unstructured data and AI to translate capabilities and governance requirements into practical product decisions.
Working knowledge of unstructured data pipelines, metadata, taxonomy, search, retrieval, chunking, indexing, evaluation, and governance.
Experience in consulting, financial services, enterprise data, or technology industries (preferred); Master's degree in a related field (preferred).
