Product Owner, Automation and Intelligence

What you'll do

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog using Jira or Azure DevOps to align with organizational goals.
• Write clear user stories with defined acceptance criteria to enable incremental development.
• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for proactive network management.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements by partnering with architects and developers.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and conduct regular stakeholder reviews and demos.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Splunk, AI, and Machine Learning technologies.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure all product decisions comply with DoD security requirements and organizational policies.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business, or Information Systems.
• 8+ years of combined experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role with Agile teams.
• Experience managing work in Azure DevOps or Jira and familiarity with Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD security clearance.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification (preferred); experience with government clients (preferred); Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt (preferred).
