Product Owner Data Services

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for the data product and business domain.
• Define, scope, and manage the product backlog to guide the development team.
• Create and validate user stories to ensure they meet quality, performance, and security standards.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and downstream consumers.
• Lead the agile team in prioritizing tasks and removing impediments during the development process.
• Validate product designs and business intent through customer engagement and system demonstrations.
• Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies including PI planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Provide coaching to development teams on SAFe Agile principles and practices.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or computer sciences is preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Owner is required.
• 3 to 5 years of Accounting/Finance experience is preferred.
• Experience with enterprise financial data and SAP modules (FI, SD, MM, IM, EWM, AM, AP, AR, CO, or PCA) is required.
• Strong knowledge and experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is required.
• Certification as a SAFe Agile Product Owner or SAFe Agile Practitioner is preferred.
• Experience with tools such as ADO and Miro is required.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences are required.
