The PRODUCT OWNER joins the Compass Technology team to maximize value for Financial Data Services products. Candidates should possess experience with SAP modules including FI, SD, MM, IM, EWM, AM, AP, AR, CO, or PCA, with S/4HANA experience being a plus.

What you'll do

Develop and maintain deep expertise in the owned data product and business domain.
Develop, scope, and define backlog items to guide the product team.
Create, manage, and validate user stories to ensure they meet the definition of ready.
Lead the agile team in managing and prioritizing the team backlog.
Function as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, data engineering, architecture, and vendors.
Connect with customers to validate data product design and execute system demos.
Coordinate with other product teams for end-to-end and downstream solution validation testing.
Provide coaching and mentoring to development teams on SAFe Agile principles and practices.

What we're looking for

3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner.
Strong knowledge and experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Experience with enterprise financial data and SAP modules, specifically FI, SD, MM, IM, EWM, AM, AP, AR, CO, or PCA.
Experience with tools and technologies such as ADO and Miro.
Ability to communicate complex technical and process information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to define and deliver products that meet customer needs and achieve business goals.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or computer sciences (preferred).
3-5 years of Accounting/Finance experience in customer-to-cash, procure-to-pay, or record-to-report value chains (preferred).
Certification as a SAFe Agile Product Owner or SAFe Agile Practitioner (preferred).
S/4HANA experience (preferred).
