Product Owner, Data Engineering

What you'll do

• Create, maintain, and prioritize the Product Backlog based on business value.
• Manage project planning, execution, and scheduling to ensure on-time, error-free delivery.
• Communicate product vision and feature priorities to the Scrum Team.
• Act as the key decision-maker for product features and project changes.
• Use professional project management tools to track reporting, charts, and checklists.
• Support project teams from the concept stage through prototype, pilot, and implementation.
• Lead the team in meeting objectives for each sprint.

What we're looking for

• Must be based in Dallas, TX.
• Must have extensive experience using Azure DevOps.
• Must have 5+ years of direct product ownership experience working with software engineering teams in an agile environment (preferred).
• Must possess knowledge of decision-making processes, organizational leadership, and program management.
• Must have knowledge of change control and problem management processes.
• Must have knowledge of data ingestion, connectivity, ontology, annotation architecture, and data lifecycle (preferred).
• PMP certification (preferred).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) (preferred).
• Knowledge of Confluence (preferred).
• Knowledge of Power BI (preferred).
