What you'll do

Triage, diagnose, and resolve technical incidents across the global maritime fleet.

Act as a technical translator between engineering teams, business stakeholders, and military operators.
Provide high-priority technical support for global users and manage the incident lifecycle.
Standardize and scale sustainment operations to support growing maritime fleets worldwide.
Resolve complex electromechanical issues through hands-on debugging and root cause analysis.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent military, maritime, or industrial experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security clearance.
Proven ability to solve complex, unstructured technical challenges in ambiguous situations.
Ability to communicate and coordinate between technical engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Willingness to travel as needed and work non-standard hours or weekends.
Experience supporting or deploying undersea munitions, vehicles, or unmanned systems (preferred).
Familiarity with conventional naval systems or military naval operations (preferred).
Proficiency with Linux CLI, modern observability tools, or data analytics platforms (preferred).
