Product Manager

What you'll do

• Create a seamless developer experience for Visa’s authentication products across the entire integration journey.
• Author detailed product requirements for developer tools, APIs, SDKs, and platform features based on company objectives.
• Design certification processes that balance security requirements with developer efficiency and speed to market.
• Manage production-ready beta platforms to validate features, gather feedback, and identify technical issues early.
• Simplify integration patterns and reduce implementation complexity through proactive solutioning initiatives.
• Partner with engineering teams to influence API design, tooling, and platform capabilities from a developer-first perspective.
• Represent the team in client meetings to guide partners through integration processes and collect feedback.
• Track and improve key metrics such as time-to-first-call, time-to-certification, and overall developer satisfaction.

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree with experience, an Advanced degree with experience, or a PhD is required.
• Experience leading initiatives and acting as a product owner in an agile environment (preferred).
• Ability to manage complex workstreams and coordinate processes with multiple stakeholders (preferred).
• Proven ability to collaborate and influence within a highly matrixed organization (preferred).
• Hands-on experience building and using APIs, developer portals, documentation, and SDKs in eCommerce or payments (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of API technologies such as RESTful, Postman, Swagger, and GitHub (preferred).
• Demonstrated knowledge in identity and access management including OAuth, OpenID, and FIDO2 (preferred).
• Subject matter expertise in payments or ecommerce processing with experience in product delivery (preferred).
