Product Manager, Safe Change & Control Plane

What you'll do

• Define the product vision for Safe Change to support current and future customer scales.
• Develop and manage a data-driven roadmap for configuration change previews, staging, and rollouts.
• Translate customer feedback and observations into a prioritized product backlog of detailed requirements.
• Own success metrics to track product performance and interpret data into actionable conclusions.
• Build platform primitives for distributed systems to enable internal teams to deploy changes with higher confidence.
• Navigate architectural tradeoffs with engineering teams to deliver robust change-management features.
• Evangelize the product vision to align stakeholders and drive platform adoption across the organization.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of previous product management experience.
• Domain expertise in making deployment decisions based on data as an architect or product owner.
• Distributed systems experience to drive scaling strategies for deployment volume and internal customers.
• Experience presenting new products and features to customers as a developer, analyst, or product manager.
• Experience working with large and complex data sets using SQL, Postgres, or Prometheus.
• Experience with telemetry pipelines (Metrics/Traces) and modern observability platforms.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to all audiences.
• Authorization to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export control laws.
