What you'll do

  • Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends and integrate findings into the product roadmap.
  • Develop and communicate the product strategy, vision, and prioritized roadmaps to senior leadership.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from initial ideation and requirements gathering through launch and optimization.
  • Prioritize the product backlog to ensure development efforts align with business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and marketing to ensure timely delivery of payment products.
  • Establish and track key success metrics including cost efficiency, feature adoption, risk posture, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all product features comply with regulatory standards and manage risks associated with payment systems.
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships to support product development, integration, and delivery.

What we're looking for

  • Master's degree in Information Management and Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Product Manager, Developer Ecosystem Community Manager, Software Engineer, or related occupation.
  • 4 years of experience collaborating with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable digital products.
  • Experience developing product strategy and vision for digital platforms, including defining MVPs and long-term roadmaps.
  • Experience conducting user research, market analysis, and stakeholder alignment to identify customer needs.
  • Experience managing full product lifecycles using Agile and Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Experience designing and developing web-based or distributed software applications using Python and JavaScript.
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams to translate requirements into solutions while ensuring compliance with data protection and regulations.
