As the Utilities Product Manager, Vice President, you will join the Digital Utilities team to lead end-to-end platform product management for an Account Utilities platform. You will drive strategy, discovery, and roadmap execution to accelerate time-to-market while ensuring reliability and performance across Credit Card, Demand Deposit Account, and transaction data domains. Your daily responsibilities include managing a product backlog, conducting market research, tracking success metrics like risk posture and cost, and facilitating Agile delivery activities such as sprint planning and story development. You will serve as the primary link between technical stakeholders and business partners to translate requirements into actionable outcomes. Required skills include expertise in the product development life cycle, data analytics, and platform architecture concepts. You will utilize Jira and JQL reporting while navigating complex transaction search experiences and financial services domains.
Develop and execute a product vision and strategy for the Account Utilities platform.
Conduct market research and discovery to identify customer needs and integrate them into the roadmap.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align development with strategic goals.
Define and track key success metrics including cost, risk posture, and system reliability.
Translate complex business requirements from diverse stakeholders into actionable technical outcomes.
Facilitate Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, story development, and scrum ceremonies.
Monitor project progress while proactively identifying and resolving risks or blockers.
Leverage data and customer insights to inform product decisions and platform evolution.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
Experience leading complex platform, product, program, or project initiatives within large-scale organizations.
Strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence across teams and levels.
Working knowledge of Application Programming Interfaces, platform architecture concepts, and technology delivery processes.
Hands-on experience with Jira, JQL reporting, Agile methodologies, and backlog management.
Experience in financial services, payments, banking, or transaction-related platforms (preferred); exposure to AI tools (preferred).
