What you'll do

  • Lead Scrum team ceremonies while maintaining backlog health and ensuring clear prioritization for engineers.
  • Implement an AI-native approach by leveraging intelligent tooling and data automation to accelerate development.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, statistics, business, media, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of product management experience.
  • Basic understanding of CTV and streaming advertising dynamics.
  • Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories for engineering teams.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data to define metrics such as coverage, match rates, and reporting latency.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with both technical engineering partners and non-technical business stakeholders.
  • Experience working within a Scrum framework including sprint ceremonies and backlog management.
  • Ability to adopt an AI-native mindset using intelligent tooling and data automation for product development.
