What you'll do

  • Manage product backlog for audience targeting and measurement capabilities.
  • Author detailed product specifications translating stakeholder requirements into engineering work.
  • Drive development of audience segmentation, data clean room integrations, and identity resolution features.
  • Define and track critical metrics tied to revenue outcomes in collaboration with GTM teams.
  • Support UAT and ensure operational readiness post-release including documentation and training.

What we're looking for

  • At least 3 years of product management experience in CTV/streaming advertising.
  • Fluent in ads measurement and identity ecosystems with a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Strong analytical skills for interrogating data and ensuring engineering meets quality standards.
  • Excellent communication abilities across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing product backlogs, authoring specifications, and driving prioritization.
  • Track record of defining and tracking critical metrics tied to revenue outcomes.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience in Scrum methodologies and sprint ceremonies.
