What you'll do

  • Define the product vision and roadmap for the Keystone internal production technology platform.

  • Serve as the primary bridge between development teams, global content operations leadership, and external vendors.
  • Manage the product lifecycle by overseeing backlog refinement, sprint planning, and feature scoping with engineering.
  • Conduct market analyses and research to identify industry trends and potential integration opportunities.
  • Drive platform adoption by ensuring the system is intuitive and reliable for users under high pressure.
  • Oversee technical requirements for asset movement, transcoding, QC, localization, and content protection.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Experience in media & entertainment, production, post-production, or content supply chain workflows.
  • Proven ability to translate complex operational processes into clear product requirements.
  • Experience working with technical teams and understanding system integrations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical groups.
  • Experience with asset management, media pipelines, workflow systems, or internal enterprise platforms (preferred).
  • Experience with vendor ecosystems, localization, QC, or content delivery workflows (preferred).
  • 10+ years of Product/Program Management in the Media & Ent space and industry credentials like MBA, PMP, or CSM (preferred).
