As the Product Manager-DLP Governance and Product Delivery lead, you will join the cyber response governance team to manage the governance framework, policies, standards, issues management, and breaks across the response product pillar. You should possess skills in cybersecurity organization practices, operations risk management, and incident response methodologies. Preferred experience includes hands-on database and proxy experience, Agile and Kanban frameworks, and specific expertise in Data Loss Prevention.

What you'll do

Create and manage governance frameworks, policies, and standards for the cyber response pillar.
Coordinate with application owners and engineering teams to resolve DLP breaks before deadlines.
Complete audit Requests for Information (RFIs) for cyber teams on schedule.
Analyze customer feedback to identify and address specific risks and issues.
Align product controls with the firm's Threat Scenarios and Risk Framework.
Model control gaps and assess the overall effectiveness of existing controls.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification with 5+ years of experience in a product governance role.
Extensive knowledge of application break lifecycles and the ability to manage technical application breaks.
Extensive knowledge of audit request lifecycles and the ability to complete RFIs.
Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
Strong communication skills to explain technical requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences (preferred).
Prior hands-on database and proxy experience (preferred).
Excellent command of cybersecurity practices, risk management, architectural requirements, and incident response methodologies (preferred).
Expertise in Agile and Kanban frameworks and prior experience in Data Loss Prevention (preferred).
