Build and formalize the company's Integrated Logistics Support capabilities from the ground up on an aggressive timeline.
Direct all Mission Readiness activities including execution, process development, technical oversight, and budget monitoring.
Implement and maintain logistics systems, standards, and data to ensure efficient operations and management.
Lead a high-performing team through recruitment, training, and performance management.
Collaborate with engineering and program management teams to align on logistics goals and product design.
Develop and implement comprehensive logistics plans to ensure timely delivery of all program requirements.
Influence the preparation of government proposals, business plans, operating budgets, and contract negotiations.
Resolve operational obstacles and communicate project status effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in DoD/government logistics or complex program administration including leadership roles in operations, manufacturing engineering, or supply chain.
Technical expertise in applying logistics management principles and coordinating workloads to meet established deadlines.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Ability to travel as needed for business purposes.
Ability to be local to or relocate to Costa Mesa, CA.
Experience with government proposal processes and regulatory requirements related to DoD logistics is preferred.
Proven ability to lead projects from conception to execution in a cross-functional, technical environment.
