What you'll do

Develop and execute a product strategy and vision that delivers measurable value to Business Banking customers.
Manage the product backlog and roadmap to support the overall strategic value proposition.
Define and deliver end-to-end customer journeys for loan account management, payments, and self-service actions.
Drive improvements in navigation, content clarity, and information architecture to reduce friction in the digital experience.
Lead enhancements for payment scheduling, issue resolution, and advance status visibility flows.
Improve in-app messaging, notifications, and document access to increase clarity and actionability.
Track KPIs including adoption, task completion, customer satisfaction, and containment metrics.
Partner with Technology and Design to lead discovery, journey mapping, prototyping, and UAT.

What we're looking for

5+ years of product management experience in digital customer experiences, servicing, or account management.
Experience with Business Banking lending/loan servicing and/or digital payments/advances journeys.
Demonstrated ability to deliver customer-facing journeys end-to-end with measurable outcomes.
Experience defining requirements (epics/stories/acceptance criteria) and managing a backlog against a roadmap.
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
Experience with digital communications/notifications, discoverability/content improvements, and delivery in a regulated environment.
Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and customer insights to guide decisions.
Strong partnership skills with Technology, Design, and Operations; comfort driving prioritization and trade-offs.
Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization (preferred).
