Principal Product Manager, Commercial Banking Solutions

What you'll do

• Own the product roadmap by identifying high-priority problems and influencing the company's strategic direction.
• Validate the roadmap by analyzing research from junior team members and conducting customer feedback sessions.
• Represent the product vision and voice of the customer in planning sessions with Design and Engineering.
• Lead customer-facing early adopter conversations and develop strategic launch plans with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior product team members on interpreting success metrics and understanding customer awareness.
• Demonstrate product value to customers by handling objections and explaining how features solve specific business problems.
• Integrate AI and machine learning capabilities to enhance product decision-making and identify customer behavior patterns.
• Apply AI-powered analytics to validate product assumptions and track user adoption.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field with 8+ years of related experience or a combination of education and experience.
• Experience presenting to multiple layers of a company, including executives.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and methodologies.
• Experience being involved in the sales cycle and conducting customer interviews.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to plan and deliver products in an agile environment.
• Demonstrable ability to gather and transform product feedback into actionable requirements.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile principles, commercial banking, and loan origination software (preferred).
