Product Manager, Associate, Business Finance Technology

What you'll do

• Translate business needs into structured technical requirements, including data models and logic flows.
• Partner with engineering teams to design scalable, maintainable solutions using modern programming languages.
• Identify and drive opportunities to modernize legacy systems into code-based implementations.
• Design and implement solutions using technologies such as Python, SQL, and cloud-based services.
• Manage project delivery by defining milestones, tracking progress, and providing stakeholder updates.
• Lead user acceptance testing to validate logic, data integrity, and system behavior.
• Oversee data migration, reconciliation, and validation to ensure accuracy and auditability.
• Serve as a technical-functional bridge to support end users and guide the adoption of engineering-driven solutions.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or software engineering, preferably in a hybrid or highly technical role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Prior experience in real estate or private equity with knowledge of performance calculations, deal life cycle, forecasting, and investor reporting.
• Demonstrated experience working with engineering teams to translate business requirements into implementable technical specifications.
• Strong working knowledge of programming and data manipulation (e.g., Python, SQL APIs, data pipelines, or backend logic preferred).
• Experience designing or contributing to code-based solutions beyond configuration-driven tools.
• Familiarity with software development concepts including version control, testing, modular design, and deployment practices.
• Experience with modern data/BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Sigma) with an understanding of underlying data structures.
